Shipping Times and Conditions


We can ship our products to United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and most countries in the European Union. In our effort to offer the best customer service, this shipment will be free.

We do not ship to : non european countries

Orders will be processed within 24 hours (not counting weekends or national holidays), after which the customer will be informed at all times of the status and update of the shipment.

When the delivery area of the order is outside the limits established by Pawelectric, the customer will be advice that this order can’t be shipped to your location.

Shipping times vary depending on the Country / Geographical Zone, so they will be detailed below, establishing a 7-day margin for contingenciesto make any claims.

In the case of products not in stock, will be labeled “Sold out”, and the delivery time shall be indicated for that specific product, establishing a margin of 15 additional days to be able to formulate any claim on the part of the client , and/or request a refund, provided that the delay has not been caused by force majeure (natural disasters, wars, etc).


International Shipping

We can ship to most countries in the EU, and UK. In these orders the delivery time can take between four to thirty five days, but we can not guarantee an exact delivery time. So if 30 days have passed since you placed the order and you have not received it, please contact us at support@pawelectric.com


Order Check

The customer will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything is included in the products included. After these 72 hours the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for damages or failures with the shipment.

An order is considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours when the customer must verify the products upon receipt of them and expose all the objections that may exist.

In case of receiving a product damaged by transport it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident to the transport company. In the same way it is convenient to leave a record of the incident with the transport company.
